A predictable path
from start to finish
Site survey & scope
We walk the home with you, document the existing structure, and translate your vision into a written scope and ballpark budget within two weeks.
Design & permitting
We coordinate with your architect (or recommend one), pull permits, and finalize material selections. Typically 6–10 weeks.
Construction
Demolition through finish. Your foreman on-site daily, ownership on-site weekly. Written progress updates every Friday. Typical full-home remodel: 6–12 months.
Closeout & warranty
Final walkthrough, punch list resolution, and a written one-year warranty on all labor. We remain a phone call away long after.
